Case Study
This project was a commission from comedian Johnny Taylor to design his podcast cover Hipsterocracy.
After taking into consideration his desires for the cover and what the show was going to be about, I created a series of rough draft ideas for him to choose from.

After Johnny made his selection, I started using my illustration skills in Adobe Photoshop to make an original artwork we could use with no difficulty.
Final selection

1. Reference photo
2. Initial sketching stage
3. Primary colors and background
4. Final artwork
Once the artwork had been finished and met with Johnny's approval, I started making different versions of the text and accompanying logo. This was one of the more challenging stages due to small details that needed to fit in with the overall style and appear legible on an iTunes screen.

Once the file had been selected, I reformatted it to match iTunes store specifications and uploaded it to the site Canva so the client could conveniently make versions that include guest info. At this point the project had been finished and as of October 2020, it is available now for listening.
